Looking for a quick and easy side for your gatherings this weekend? This caprese pasta salad is so easy to make and only has a handful of ingredients. We decided to make it extra patriotic by adding homemade blue farfalle. We used blue spirulina from @fromthereserve to give it a natural blue color without changing the flavor of the dish (watch our stories for a tutorial). Obviously making your own pasta doesn’t make this an easy dish but it does make it fun! This is equally delicious with boxed pasta.
