I like fish….as long as it doesn’t taste fishy…? Is that an oxymoron? Do people even say oxymoron anymore ??♀️
Well this dish gets 5 stars in my home! My kids scarf down the “chicken” ? and even my husband who always complains of too “fishy fish” loved it! It’s DELICIOUS and SO SO EASY! Put it on the menu ✏️?
Nonna’s Baked Fish
Course: Pasta, RecipesIngredients
1 Tbl olive oil
3 servings of fish (cod or other)
1-2 cans petite diced tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp basil
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a 9×13 baking dish add olive oil.
- Place fish in the baking dish and cover with remaining ingredients. Gently stir the ingredients to combine.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20-30 minutes or until fish is flaky.
