One of my favorite things about Italian cooking is the simplicity of so many of the recipes. I have come to think of it as a reminder that things don’t have to be extravagant in order to be amazing.
This is cucuzza recipe # ✌?also from my Nonna and written in true Italian style with no measurements and just the assumption your taste buds will guide you. This recipe could be used with just about any greens as cucuzza is hard to come by let alone the leaves!
