Italian Mamma’s swear that pastina can heal ANY sickness. It can mend a broken heart, it brings happiness amidst sorrow, it is comfort and everything good.
The ingredients are simple but I don’t believe it’s the physical ingredients that do the healing. It’s love and concern of the maker. They pour their soul into this healing soup adding their whole heart, courage, hope, joy and sprinkled with a little more love.
When you make this soup don’t forget to add love for those who will be eating it….and Parmigiano.
